Box Delivery & Terms of Service

📦 Delivery Information

• We currently deliver only within Melbourne, up to 25km from the CBD.
• Standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
• Delivery to apartments may require access or instructions.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

🔁 Returns & Damaged Boxes

• All Northbox crates are reusable and must be returned in good condition.
• Damaged, lost, or unreturned boxes will incur a replacement fee of $25 per box.
• Boxes should be emptied and stacked for collection at the scheduled pickup time.

📋 Terms of Use

• By using our service, you agree to handle boxes with care and return them on time.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or access issues.
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
