NorthBox Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free delivery across Melbourne Metro (up to 20 km from the CBD). No catches, no cardboard chaos.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how, when and where your NorthBox crates arrive.

How it works

1. Ask for your crates
   Call us or send a request through the website. Our moving packs come with your North Removals move, or book our packing service and we bring everything and do the packing for you.
2. We confirm
   We call you to confirm the date, the address and how many crates you need, depending on availability.
3. We drop everything off
   On the agreed day our crew delivers your crates, dollies and markers.
4. Use them for 10 days
   The first 10 days are free. After that, each extra week is $75 for 2 packers or a Small or Medium pack, and $100 for 3 or 4 packers or a Large or Extra Large pack.
5. We pick them up
   We come back on a day we agree with you and collect the crates (see Easy Crate Pick-Up below).

Delivery coverage

• Included: every postcode inside the Melbourne Metro boundary, up to 20 km from the CBD.
• Not included (yet): regional Victoria or interstate. If you’re outside Metro, drop us a line at hello@northbox.com.au and we’ll see what we can do.

Failed or missed deliveries

If our driver arrives within the agreed window and no one’s available (and no safe-drop location was agreed), we’ll:

1. Contact you by phone and SMS.
2. Hold the crates free of charge for 24 hours.
3. Re-deliver on a day we agree with you, for a flat $30 re-delivery fee.

Easy Crate Pick-Up

We collect our crates and dollies, and the markers if you’d like to return them. We do not take away packing materials or rubbish. To book your pick-up, call us on 1300 081 250 or reply to your confirmation email.
